Veggie-Keto Food Pyramid

In searching around for approximate guidelines on what exactly I should eat every day on a veggie-keto diet, which is more or less a primal diet, I stumbled across this food pyramid. If you omit the meat (obviously), it’s a good guide! I hear a lot of keto-ers say that fiber is not an important part of this diet, and I’d like to disagree a bit there. Fiber helps move things along in your intestines, but more importantly, fiber also helps to feed the good bacteria that live in your gut. Additionally, insoluble fiber has been shown to help flush extra cholesterol (the stuff that your body doesn’t really need) out by binding to it (similar to lecithin).
