Looking around the Internet at various LCHF, keto and general low carb blogs, one might be inclined to think that the whole low carb movement revolves around animal protein. Most low carb sites seem to be a shrine to bacon, eggs and steak – with a little broccoli thrown in for good measure.
Well, my friends, there is a different side to a low carb lifestyle. A dairy- and egg-free side that doesn’t require a slice of ham with every meal. My name is Liz, and I’m here to say that yes, you CAN eat a vegan keto diet!
