Another alternative to a keto or lchf breakfast that isn’t just eggs! Fall is definitely in the air, and as a long-time fan of fall, I’m really excited. Apples! Pumpkins! Cinnamon, nutmeg and clove! So many blankets! All the best things come with fall!
So, these bars are super, super delicious and provide ample fat with a low carb count. They’re grain free, gluten free, dairy free, paleo, LCHF- and keto-friendly. All in all, pretty awesome. They’re also pretty easy to make, which is always a plus for me!

These aren’t your typical, sweet shortbread – these little guys pack a savoury punch! They’re easy to make and require pretty minimal prep work to get in the oven. Because of the coconut butter and the tomatoes, they are slightly sweet, but the saltiness and pepper really balance that sweetness well! Plus, these shortbread biscuits are low carb, sugar free, grain free, gluten free, nut free, paleo and vegan (seriously!).
