This episode was inspired by my staying up too late gathering alchemy supplies (not the first time, for sure) and trying to make the next day somewhat bearable!
Here are some basic tips and advice (no crazy biohacking here) to make sure that even if you don’t get enough sleep, you don’t feel too awful the next day! This isn’t license to spend every night raiding until 4, but it’s going to happen here and there, so you might as well make the best of it!
