You’re not wrong! When I started this site, I was totally vegan, and had been vegetarian for 13 years. As I began to learn more about nutrition and my own health, I transitioned to a more omnivorous diet. I also think it’s important to discuss more than just a low carb, high fat or ketogenic diet when talking about health. The site’s new title reflects those ideas. :)
