Gyms can be daunting and a little overwhelming… but they’re totally not necessary if you want to get into shape! Aside from hiking, archery, kayaking and all of the fun things you can do in the great outdoors to stay in shape… you can also just stay at home in front of your computer. No, really…I’m totally serious.

In this episode, we talk about how you can still get in shape without going to the gym, hopping on a treadmill, joining a yoga class or even going outside!
